LORAIN SWIM began with a vision: to create resortwear that feels as timeless as the destinations it was designed for.

Founder Ashley Sims grew up in Tampa, Florida, where life revolved around sunshine, the Gulf Coast, and weekends by the water. That coastal upbringing sparked a lifelong appreciation for effortless elegance, beautiful design, and the confidence that comes from feeling your best under the sun.

Driven by a passion for creating something truly elevated, Ashley pursued an education that blended business, fashion, and beauty—studying at Penn State University, The Art Institute, and the Aveda Institute. Each experience shaped a different perspective, from entrepreneurship and design to craftsmanship, color, fit, and the art of creating beautiful experiences.

Those influences became the foundation of LORAIN SWIM.

Every collection is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the modern woman with impeccable fit, timeless silhouettes, and luxurious fabrics selected for both beauty and performance. Inspired by Mediterranean escapes, European summers, and the understated sophistication of luxury travel, LORAIN SWIM is created for women who appreciate quality over excess and confidence over trends.

At home in Florida, Ashley shares life with her two beloved dogs, Jaxon and Bailey, whose loyal companionship has been part of every milestone in building the brand.
