At LORAIN SWIM, each piece is designed with intention and crafted to embody confidence, sophistication, and timeless allure. Due to the delicate nature of our garments and for hygiene purposes, we maintain a thoughtful return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and hygienic liners must remain intact
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
Any items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or exclusive drops
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item (if eligible).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as LORAIN SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
