Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached and hygienic liners fully intact
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotions, or any other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.
Final Sale
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted merchandise
- Limited-edition collections
- Exclusive releases
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LORAIN SWIM cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
